Positive affirmations are your list of ‘feel good’ things you’d like to be, have or do.








How positive affirmations are phrased is really important. You should always state the positive outcome, and avoid using negative terms. So for example, if you want to lose weight, a positive affirmation would be:

  • ‘I am losing weight easily’

or if you are worried about your bills:

  • ‘My bills are paid easily and on time’

All positive affirmations in our recordings use carefully structured language to ensure the focus is always on the positive outcomes you wish to achieve. In and of themselves, they are useful to have around you and I recommend typing up your favorites and sticking them up in your home or office (or both) where you will see them often.
